The front desk personnel were friendly and cheerful. The breakfast was good.

Bathroom smelled horrible, old urine scent. Will not stay at this hotel again. Mattresses were lumpy, caved in, totally unacceptable and when I pulled the sheet back to see what brand it was, simply wanted to throw up because it was so nasty.

Cleanliness of the room.

Only one staff member working on a busy Saturday evening. We had to wait in too long a line to check in. One person to check numerous parties in, and answer the phone is ridiculous. Many guests were moving around the hotel with no mask. Nothing was said

Employee at check-in was not friendly. She had her earbud in her ear during check-in. It appears rude. I don’t know if she was on a call but it’s just an unprofessional look. Again, she was not friendly or pleasant.
